A beautifully restored Victorian mansion that exudes timeless charm. The formal dining room features china and crystal, enhancing the experience of the delicious, cooked-to-order breakfast served every morning.
The front steps are on the steep side, which can be a bit of a challenge, especially for those not as spry. Limited street parking might add some inconvenience, but the proximity to downtown makes it manageable for most.

I had a great experience during my stay. The breakfast was delicious and exactly what I had ordered. It was nice to return to my room after dinner and find a dessert tray waiting for me. I appreciated the peaceful environment and the view from my room was enjoyable. As an art historian, I valued the comfort provided by the room.
The front steps were a little steep for me. Limited street parking was inconvenient.

This charming place is perfect for families! Our kids loved exploring the beautifully restored rooms. We enjoyed a good breakfast, the french toast Napoleon was a hit. Plus, our small dog felt right at home.
In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly activities would be great.

Oh boy, the breakfast was out of this world—just like those biscuits! The Rookery is a must-try nearby for a killer burger, and the cozy atmosphere of the Burke Mansion really took the cake. Our Deluxe Double Room with Bath was spacious and comfy, with a fab view of Macon. Paul, the host, is just the cherry on top!
Everything else really made our stay shine bright!

The Burke Mansion impressed me from the moment I arrived. Don, the owner, greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. My room was beautifully decorated with luxurious linens on the bed. The bathroom was spacious, bright, and spotless. I appreciated the selection of breakfast options – it’s nice to have choices instead of just one standard dish. After a great dinner out, I returned to a delightful dessert tray waiting for me in my room. This thoughtful touch made the evening extra special. However, the front steps were quite steep, which made getting in and out a bit challenging. Overall, my stay was incredibly enjoyable, and I'm excited to return for a special occasion soon.
